Cancellation / Returns / Refund Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing or by contacting carrentalspro directly. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.


Payments made in a currency other than your local currency may be subject to conversion or transaction fees imposed by your bank or credit card provider. Refunds will always be issued in the same currency and to the original form of payment.


If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of your scheduled rental start date so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees vary depending on how close to the rental start date the cancellation is made. Some reservations are non-refundable, particularly during high-demand or peak seasons.


You can cancel your reservation by:


Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may not be eligible for any refund.


If your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or medical emergencies, please contact us immediately — we will assess refund eligibility case by case with the rental supplier.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with the rental agreement and supplier terms. While carrentalspro will assist in facilitating refunds, carrentalspro’s service and handling fees are non-refundable.


Refunds are only available for eligible cancellations made before the rental start date. Refunds for early returns, unused rental days, or cancellations after the rental period begins may not apply.


Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card). Any promotional discounts or coupons applied at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.


Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Fuel charges and pre-paid fuel options
  • Add-ons such as GPS devices, child seats, or other special equipment
  • Supplier-imposed fees once services have begun

Changes and Rebooking

If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change pick-up/drop-off date, vehicle type, or location), please contact us as early as possible. Change requests are subject to availability, supplier approval, and may incur additional charges.


Late Returns and No-Shows

Returning your vehicle late without prior notice may result in additional charges. Failure to pick up your vehicle on time without notifying us (a no-show) will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.


Insurance and Vehicle Damage

Insurance coverage must be arranged before the rental begins. If you decline coverage and damage occurs, you may be liable for repair or recovery costs. Refunds will not be issued for rentals interrupted due to accidents, traffic violations, or circumstances beyond carrentalspro’s control.

  • All cancellations, modifications, and refunds are subject to the rental supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to change. If a booked vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle will be provided or a full refund will be issued.
  • Documentation may be required for refunds involving emergencies, delayed pickups, or denied vehicle access.
  • All service and handling fees charged by carrentalspro are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
  • These fees are separate from charges imposed by rental suppliers or financial institutions.
  • Refunds related to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions) will be handled case by case.
