Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment Policy
All reservations with carrentalspro must be secured in advance with a valid payment method. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the season or promotional offers.
During peak times such as Christmas, New Year, and major holidays, 100% advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or wire transfer. All online transactions are processed over a secure connection to ensure the safety of your financial data.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The applicable cancellation fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the rental start date.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period may incur a full charge. For cancellations during high-demand periods (e.g., December 20th to January 5th), no refund will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
No refunds will be given for unused rental days, early returns, or missed pickups due to customer error.
Rental Terms and Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with the rental agreement. Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirements. Unauthorized use of the vehicle, including off-road driving or cross-border travel without permission, is prohibited and may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
Liability and Limitations
carrentalspro acts solely as a provider of rental vehicles and is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or third-party actions.
While every effort is made to provide the reserved vehicle type, carrentalspro reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle if the original selection is unavailable.
Modifications and Force Majeure
carrentalspro is not liable for modifications or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
Damages and Insurance
Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by the insurance policy. Optional insurance coverage is available and highly recommended. All damages must be reported immediately.
Insurance Disclaimer
carrentalspro does not automatically include personal accident or theft insurance. Customers are advised to arrange personal travel and health insurance independently before the start of the rental.
Responsibility for Personal Belongings
carrentalspro is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings left in the vehicle. All items are the renter's responsibility throughout the rental period.
