Booking and Payment Policy

All reservations made with carrentalspro must be secured in advance with a valid payment method. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the vehicle supplier, season, or any active promotional offer.

During peak travel periods (such as Christmas, New Year, and major holidays), 100% advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and wire transfer. All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) to protect your financial data. carrentalspro does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels. Applicable cancellation fees depend on how close to the rental start date the cancellation is made.

Cancellation Charges

• More than 48 hours before pickup: Partial refund (subject to supplier terms).
• Within 48 hours of rental start: A full rental charge may apply.
• High-demand dates (e.g., Dec 20 – Jan 5): No refund once the booking is confirmed.

No refunds are provided for:

• Unused rental days
• Early returns
• Missed pickups or customer error

Rental Terms and Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used strictly in accordance with the rental agreement provided at pickup.
• Drivers must present a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement set by the supplier.
• Unauthorized vehicle use (e.g., off-road driving, racing, or cross-border travel without approval) is prohibited and may lead to rental termination without refund.

The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Liability and Limitations

carrentalspro acts as a booking intermediary between customers and independent vehicle suppliers. We are not liable for service interruptions, vehicle breakdowns, delays, or cancellations resulting from:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Road closures or accidents
• Mechanical failures
• Supplier or third-party actions

While every effort is made to provide the booked vehicle type, carrentalspro reserves the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge if the original selection becomes unavailable.

Modifications and Force Majeure

carrentalspro is not liable for modifications, delays, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Civil unrest or strikes
• Governmental restrictions or travel bans
• Public health emergencies

In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed case by case in collaboration with the supplier.

Damages and Insurance

Customers are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered under the purchased insurance policy. Optional insurance (including collision damage waiver, theft protection, or liability coverage) is available and highly recommended.

All damage, accidents, or incidents must be reported immediately to both the rental supplier and carrentalspro.

Insurance Disclaimer

carrentalspro does not automatically include personal accident, medical, or theft insurance in standard bookings. Customers are encouraged to arrange personal travel and health insurance before the rental period begins.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings

carrentalspro is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the rental vehicle. All personal items are the renter’s responsibility for the entire duration of the rental.

Governing Law
